Infomedia Pro is launching "Road traffic..for children"
A product achieved by Infomedia Pro in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Research and with
the Bucharest General Police Department - the Road Police Brigade
The programme is aiming at perfecting habits of civilized behavior in the street, at understanding the necessity of observing the sign posts and the policeman's role in directing the road traffic, at getting the children accustomed to walking in a limited space - the sidewalk and to observing the access routes.
This is a programme which is based on learning through cooperation and game. The children investigate, discover, process information about a topic of real interest for them. The CD stimulates the processes of memory and develops the imaginative capacities and processes. PitiClic and DubluCLIC provide the children with the best things in multimedia in order to help them learn and be open to the world.
They represent a large educational file: an ideal complement for the curriculum.
By means of games and practical examples, the children will discover the traffic regulations.

- Questionnaire game - Permit of good pedestrian. If you will answer correctly to all the questions in the questionnaire, you will receive the permit of good pedestrian.
The objective of the project:
Creating a revolutionary product, based on modern learning techniques, which would support the activities carried out from the educational point of view by the Bucharest General Police Department, the Road Police Brigade in the schools and the kindergartens from Bucharest and from all over the country.
"We are proud to have the opportunity to provide the children and the educational establishments with an innovating solution which will allow the children to easily and willingly get accustomed to the traffic regulations on the public roads. This is a unique technological achievement, an initiative of Infomedia Pro and a first on the national market", Valeriu Giurgiulescu, the general manager of Infomedia Pro, declared.
"Road traffic.for children" uses modern psycho-pedagogical methods in view of obtaining the maximum level of performance from the pupil. This is a useful programme for both learning and revising and testing. The product was achieved with the participation of several teaching staff and specialists in pedagogy, psychology and road traffic and legislation and it is endorsed by the Ministry of
Education and Research and by the Bucharest General Police Department - the Road Police Brigade. The project benefits from the successful 9 years experience of Infomedia Pro in educational software projects and it is the only initiative of this type in Romania.
The new product, together with the other titles of the series PitiClic andDubluCLIC, can be found in the stores of the Infomedia Pro partners: Altex, Diverta/Best Computers, Media Galaxy, Humanitas Bookshops, TEORA Bookshops, Sedcom Libris etc.
The achievement of this project lasted approximately 5 months and was carried out by own financing of Infomedia Pro.
