There are at least two ways to raise prosperous children. The first one and easiest is to become their sponsors and provide everything they want without requesting them to do anything. The second one and most hard is to teach them the principles for obtaining prosperity and the way the economy and finances work.

The main purpose of the series of financial and educational stories “When I’ll grow up I’ll be…rich” is to build healthy financial behaviours that will help the children in the future. They are meant to teach the kids how to save money, be an entrepreneur and invest wisely but at the same time remain generous.

The graphic illustrations for each frame offer the possibility to every child to understand the story regardless of their preferred communication cannel (visual or audio).

In the „start” module of the app, the child can rewind back and forward the pages of the story just like in a normal book.

The „auto play” module offers the parents the possibility to stop the story in order to give explanations to the kids or answer their questions.

1st Story- Regaining the wealth

All the resources are at our disposal but the majority of the people see themselves surrounded only by problems and obstacles. How can we surpass the crisis to become more powerful and wise in the financial area? We will soon learn from the heroes of the story: Alexandru and the princess Generosity.

The app helps the child understand how to save money and be wiser. The program is created for children between 5 and 12 years old. It also helps the capacity of change and adaptation to new conditions. The purpose of the app is to guide the child and help him add value to his personal development and social adaptation.

The key message of the story is that there are no unlimited resources and only people can generate wealth and personal prosperity.

This program will help your child develop his entrepreneurship.

2nd Story – Mira, the magic tally and the rule of the 10 coins

In the middle of the economical development, in the so called “financial summer”, the majority of people earn lots of money. Most of us waste this financial abundance and when the winter comes, it catches us with an empty treasury..

Mira, the beautiful damsel from the Transylvanian Kingdom receives from Prince Alexandru two things to help her recreate her wealth. A spindle to work with and save money and a magic tally where she could write down the money she had won and spent.

The app develops in the children the entrepreneurship that generates value and is also the starting point of a healthy and sustainable economy. Another behaviour generated by the app is to write down the savings the money they obtain and spend.

3rd Story – Petre the builder and the magic coin

Most of the people work for more than 50 years. When they are old they realize they only have a house and a car and if they stop working they have to live with the pension given by the state.

The golden rule in generating wealth is “Pay yourself first”. That means that from everything you gain you have to save 10% to be able to have a prosperous future. It’s vital for all the children to learn this thing at an early age.

The app will help children make financial plans, understand the fact that wealth and prosperity are not faith but a result of a plan and of clear guidelines.

4th Story – The teachings of Petre the builder

People found lots of ways to make money. Physical labour, commerce, planting vegetables or breeding animals: all can generate profits.

What they all have in common both in the real world and in the fairy land is hard work and adaptive capacity. All the best stories of mankind are based on perseverance.

The app helps children look at authentic values. Positive attitude, discipline, optimism and ethics are owned by prosperous people and must be passed on to our children when they are young.

5th Story – Ionica’s dream

People dream all their lives. But it’s a long way from dreams to real life. Many times, the people close to us underline reality and kill our dreams.

Even if we come across many problems, if we have our goals in mind and if we focus, without thinking about what other people say, we will eventually succeed.

The story helps develop the capacity of understanding the objectives in our life and the need for an action plan. Also, it shows the kids how to grow a business with the help of other people.

6th Story – When I’ll grow up I’ll be…RICH

Children and people in general want toys. If they are not able to obtain them they will find excuses. The ones that have what it takes don’t make up excuses but search for ways to get what they want.

Regardless of where the money comes from, the ability to effectively communicate and to influence is crucial in life. To sum up, if people want to be prosperous they need to be able to sell.

The app develops the ability to make simple commercial calculations and helps the child understand the costs and profits. Another educational component is the ability to sell that each adult should poses in order to increase his wealth.

Concursul se desfăşoară între 2 echipe de câte 3 copii (echipa Bunicului şi echipa Bunicii) şi are trei probe pe care aceştia trebuie să le traverseze cu succes. Cele 3 probe ale concursului sunt diferite de la o ediţie la alta, dar au un singur numitor comun: distracţia. Ele pot fi probe digitale ce vor fi rezolvate pe calculator, tabletă sau cu ajutorul device-ului „Covoraşul PitiClic” sau pot fi probe de manualitate cu utilizarea altor produse educaţionale marca PitiClic.
